Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at the BFCESD Office at 6:30 p.m. The BFCESD Office is located at 101 W Loomis, Suite B, Birchwood, WI

AGENDA of Discussion/Action Items

    1. Pledge of Allegiance
    2. Roll Call
    3. Previous Meeting Minutes
    4. Public Input 
    5. Fire Department Report, 
    6. Ambulance Service Report, 
    7. Approve donations that were received since the last meeting
    8. Address paging issues for Fire and Ambulance with Firefighter and EMT input on matter.
    9. Report on bid package and Building Committee meeting
    10. Committee report on 2019 Tax insert ideas
    11. Appointment of Fundraising Chairperson and set up committee
    12. Pay regular monthly bills prior to BFCESD Board meeting to avoid possible late penalties.
    13. Scanning bills from previous years on to zip drives and disposing of the paper forms.
    14. Approve Bookkeepers report and approve bills
    15. Review Correspondence, 
    16. Commissioners Input
    17. Adjourn
