APRIL 22,2019  BOARD OF REVIEW

    The Board of Review for the Town of Cedar  Lake met at the Cedar Lake Town Hall on Monday, April 22, 2019. Present was Ken Leners, Chairman, Tony Wolff, Supervisor, Maryhelen Drew, Clerk and Randy Prochnow, assessor.  We were in session from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM.

    Randy spoke about the assessment roll being in compliance at this time.  At this time we are at 96.89% of market value. It should stay about the same.

    Ken asked if Randy feels we will need a re-valuation soon. He feels maybe in four years.

    Randy’s contract is expired at the close of this BOR. Presented a new contract for three years which shows an increase, the first since 2009. The software costs have gone up.

    There were no persons to file an objection at this meeting.

    Ken made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  This was seconded by Tony and approved by all.
