                                                  PUBLIC NOTICE

  Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at the Long Lake Town Hall at 6:30 p.m. The Long Lake Town Hall is located at 1584 County Road M/D.

  3. Tim Stearns made a motion to Approve previous meeting minutes from the Sept. 13, 2018 meeting, 2nd by Mick Givens. Carried
  4. No Public Input
  5. Fire Department Report, See Attached reports
  6. Ambulance Service Report, See attached reposts
  7. Discussion on paging problems, missed pages, inaudible messages, and lack of radio communications. Identify potential solutions and next steps. Mick Givens made a motion to have Jon Sleik send a letter to the Sherriff Dryden and Carol Buck regarding the issues discussed, 2nd by John Depoister. Carried
  8. Discussion regarding speaker phone for remote call in to meeting from commissioner(s). Will test speaker phone at Nov meeting
  9. Reviewed the cost allocation hand out from Jon of the new building. Tim Stearns made a motion to approve the allocations as presented for Fire and Amb building cost, 2nd by Mick Givens. Carried
  10. Mick Givens made a motion to approve Bookkeepers Report as presented, 2nd by Dean Buresh. Carried
  11. No donations received since last meeting
  12. Building/Equipment Committee report: Discussion on the Sign agreed to use the phone line in the Amb office and to check the answering machine regularly. Will add the email address of BFCESDbuilding@gmail.com to bottom of sign also.

  3. Mick Givens made a motion to Adjourn at 8:10pm, 2nd by John Depoister, Carried
