The monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cedar Lake will meet at the Cedar Lake Town Hall in Mikana on February 12, 2024 at 6:30 PM. The agenda will be:

2. Reading and approval of past month’s minutes
3. Public input.
4. Financial report
5. Past month’s road activities
6. Special Funding Committee update
7. Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services Dist. report
8. Old Business
   1. Update on Jerry Frazier property/ Attorney Cuskey
   2. Present draft resolution to abandonment of Eden Meadow Rd.
   3. Petition to rezone update.
9. New Business
   1. Discussion of policy for use of remote meeting technology and/or the use of telephones for meeting appearances.
   2. Xcel Energy
   3. Culvert/small bridge inventory agreement.
   4. Birchwood School guest comments.
   5. Budget Resolution for 2023
10. Correspondence received during the month.
11. Discussion and payment of claims.
12. Adjournment

Discussion and action may occur on any of the above agenda items. It is noted that the town hall is handicapped accessible. It is noted that this meeting may be recorded.
