6. Special Project Funding committee report
7. Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District
8. Old business
   1. Beautification committee update
   2. Update on EMS committee

   1. Street light request
   2. Town Advocacy Council
   3. 28 ¼ Eden, discussion to abandon
   4. Consideration of BFCESD funds returned
   5. Appoint election staff for 2024-2025
   6. Appoint & swear-in new deputy clerk
10. Correspondence received during the month
11. Discussion and payment of claims.

Discussion and action may occur on any of the above agenda items. It is noted that the town hall is handicapped accessible. It is noted that this meeting may be recorded.
