Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cedar Lake will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024 at the Cedar Lake town Hall in Mikana at 6:30 PM. The agenda will be as follows:

1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Reading and approval of past month’s meeting minutes.
3. Public input.
4. Financial report.
5. Past month’s road activities.
6. Special Funding Committee update.
7. Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services Dist. report.
8. Old business:
   1. Re-evaluate Frazier property issue per suggestions from the Beatification committee.
   2. Review Barron County Zoning justifications for denial of petitions to rezone.
9. New Business:
   1. Land division – Bergman
10. Correspondence received during the month.
11. Discussion and payment of claims.
12. Adjournment.

Discussion and action may occur on any of the  above agenda items. It is noted that the town hall is handicapped accessible. It is noted that this meeting may be recorded.
