RESIDENTS

     The monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cedar Lake will be held on Monday, April 10,2023 at 6:30 PM at the Cedar Lake Town Hall in Mikana. The agenda will be as follows:

1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Reading and approval of the past month’s meeting minutes.
3. Public input.
4. Financial report
5. Past month’s road activities
6. Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services Dist. report.
7. Old business
8. Provide evidence/discuss why Chairman Leners should abstain from any discussion or vote concerning any town ordinance or resolution regulating the use of recreational vehicles on private property.
9. Gerry Frazier Property
10. New business
11. Swear-in newly elected officials.
12. Correspondence received during the month.
13. Discussion and payment of claims.
14. Adjournment

 

It is noted that the town hall is handicapped accessible. It is noted that this meeting may be recorded.
