Notice for Special meeting to Consider Discipline of the Town Patrolman April 11, 2018

NOTICE

TOWN OF CEDAR LAKE

RESIDENTS

     Notice is hereby given that the Town Board, Town of Cedar Lake, will convene a special meeting at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Mikana Town Hall to consider discipline and/or dismissal of the Town Patrolman.  The Town Board may convene in closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(b) which, if discussed publicly, would likely have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person(s) referred to in such data.  The Town Patrolman has been given the right to demand that this meeting be held in open session.

     It is noted that this meeting may be recorded.  The Town Hall is handicappied accessible.
