Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Cedar Lake will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, August 12, 2019, at 6:30 PM at the Cedar Lake Town Hall in Mikana. The agenda will be as follows:

  1. Pledge of Allegiance
  2. Reading and approval of past month’s meeting minutes
  3. Public input
  4. Financial report
  5. Report of past month’s road activities
  6. Birchwood Emergency Services Dist. report
  7. Old business
  8. New Business
    1. Determine Special Town Meeting date and time to vote on Fire and Ambulance Building resolution and promissory note.
    2. Determine daily fine amount for individuals non-compliant with Public Nuisance Ordinance.
    3. Discuss PHASER ratings & determine next steps.
  9. Consideration of all correspondence received during the month
  10. Discussion and payment of claims.

It is noted that the Town Hall is handicapped accessible. It is noted that the meeting may be recorded. All interested persons, please plan to attend.
