     The Town Board of the Town of Cedar Lake met at the Cedar Lake Town Hall in Mikana on Thursday, Jan. 25,2018 at 9:00 AM for the purpose of implementing new time sheets for all employees.  Present are Ken Leners, Chairman, Kory Weiss and Tony Wolff, Supervisors, Maryhelen Drew, Clerk.  Also, present are Mike Gallo, Scott Walters and RJ Severud.

     Many years ago, Mike had created the current time sheet and vehicle log at the request of the Town Board at that time. Making this new time card goes along with documenting all the contracts, descriptions for the positions within the Town.  Ken explained the new time card with each employee as well as the comp time, lunch times, holidays, sick leave and vacation time.  This new time sheet will begin with the pay period two beginning on January 21 to Feb. 3, 2018.

     Ken made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:40 AM.  This was seconded by Tony and approved by all.

     This meeting was noticed in three places 24 hours prior to the meeting at Mikana General Store, Quillen’s Big Bear and the Town Hall.
