Notice To Cedar Lake Town residents who had a P.O. Box at the Mikana Store

As you know the mail service has been removed from the Mikana Store.  Until further notice mail can be picked up from the Birchwood Post Office with a picture Identification.

A discussion was held at the last town meeting concerning mail delivery to all those in town who don’t receive rural route delivery.  Going forward the only option available will be an exterior location where a bank of five standing boxes will be installed where mail can be picked up.  (picture below)

Negotiations with the post office are on going, will post more information as specifics becomes available.
