Town Meeting Minutes | August 6, 2019

SPECIAL MEETING

The Town Board of the Town of Cedar Lake held a Special Meeting on Tuesday, August 6,2019 at 9:00 AM at the Cedar Lake Town Hall in Mikana. Present was Tony Wolff and Kory Weiss, Supervisors, Maryhelen Drew, Clerk. Absent was Ken Leners.  Also attending was Mike Clamer, surveyor and Jim McGraw, representing Loch Lomond Beach Club.

Tony called the meeting to order at 9:01.

The purpose of the meeting is to approve making 4 lots into one CSM for Loch Lomond Beach Club to build a new club house. The meeting is at the county on Aug. 7th. The Board asked about the set backs. The building will come back against the existing burm. The decks and pools will not be moved.

Kory is concerned that the County will not come back to the Town if there are variances or exceptions needed. Jim McGraw explained that a gentleman from Royal Conts. Will be going to Hayward to get the plans approved by the State.  The building will be approximately 100 ft. from the water. It is well outside the setbacks.

Kory had no objections. Kory made the motion to approve the CSM for Loch Lomond Beach Club. Tony seconded and all approved.

Tony made the  motion to adjourn the meeting.  This was seconded by Kory.
