Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of the Town Board will meet on Monday, Sept. 12, 2022 at 6:30 PM at the Cedar Lake Town Hall in Mikana. The agenda will be as follows:

1.Pledge of Allegiance

2.Reading and approval of the past month’s meeting minutes.

3.Public input

4.Financial report.

  1. Past month’s road activities.
  2. Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services Dist. report
  3. Old business

A.update on lot # 010-2100-010-0001 on the Swamp Road.

  1. Update on Recreational Residential Dwellings Ordinance.
  2. New Business
  3. set date for October meeting
  4. set date for Budget work meeting.
  5. Correspondence received during the month.
  6. Discussion and payment of claims.
  7. Adjournment.

It is noted that the town hall is handicapped accessible. It is also noted that this meeting may be recorded.
