TOWN OF CEDAR LAKE RESIDENTS

Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cedar Lake will be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, March 13, 2023 at the Cedar Lake Town Hall in Mikana at 2696 26-26 ¾ Ave, Mikana. The agenda will be as follows:

1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Reading and approval of past month’s meeting minutes
3. Public input
4. Financial report
5. Past month’s road activities
6. Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services Dist report.
7. Old business
   1. Budget resolution for 2022
   2. Sherry Timmermann Goodpaster-Special exception/building use
8. New business
   1. Supervisor Wolff’s response to an emailed complaint read by Chairman Leners during agenda item “correspondence received” at the February meeting
9. Correspondence received during the month
10. Discussion and payment of claims
11. Adjournment

It is noted that the town hall is handicapped accessible. It is noted that this meeting may be recorded.
