NOTICE

TOWN OF CEDAR LAKE

RESIDENTS

Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Cedar Lake will meet at the Cedar Lake Town Hall in Mikana on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 5:30 PM for a meeting to discuss current litigation against the Town and may enter into a closed session under Wisconsin Statute section 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is involved.  The case is Elizabeth Schulte v. Kenneth Leners, the Town of Cedar Lake and Town of Cedar Lake Board of Supervisors.

The Town Board will reconvene in open session for its regular meeting on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 6:30 pm. The June 9, 2025 regular meeting, electors meeting and agenda will be noticed separately.
