NOTICE – TOWN OF CEDAR LAKE, BARRON COUNTY, WISCONSIN

Notice is hereby given that at a Town meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on April 8, 2024, at the Cedar Lake Town Hall, 2696 Main St., Mikana, WI 54857, a public hearing will be held on Resolution No. 2024-/2 -2 to discontinue the following public ways located within the Gateshead Plat, Document No. 376390, recorded August 5, 1970, in the office of the Barron County Register of Deeds, described as follows:

Being part of Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter Section 9, Township 36 North, Range 10 West, Town of Cedar Lake, Barron County, Wisconsin, are more particularly described as follows:

The undeveloped roadway appearing on the Gateshead Plat as Edinborough Drive, and appearing on the Barron County GIS Tax Records as 28 ¼ Avenue a/k/a Eden Meadow Drive, lying immediately to the south of Lots 3 and 4, Block 3, Gateshead Plat; immediately to the north of Lots 1 and 8, Block 4 Gateshead Plat; to the west of Lot 4, Block 1, Gateshead Plat; and to the east of Lot 4, Block 6, Gateshead Plat (See attached Exhibit A).
