Notice: 8-9-22 Town policy on tree limbs and yard debris disposal.

The drop-off pit near the town shop is for tree limbs down from storm damage and yard clippings and leaves. It is not a place to dump trees from clearing a property. Also, dropping off stumps or root balls is not allowed.   Dumping truck loads of trees that have been cut down causes an excessive workload for the town at the taxpayer’s expense. Future abuse of this site will cause it to be closed.
