Ken called the special meeting to order. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to adopt the 2024 Budget with the levy as presented. Ken made a motion to approve the levy and budget for 2024. Mary seconded this motion. Roll call vote: Ken, yes: Mary, yes: Maryhelen, yes. Motion carried.

Ken made a motion to adjourn the special meeting of the Board. Mary seconded and all approved. (6:23)
