NOTICE TOWN OF CEDAR LAKE RESIDENTS       Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Cedar Lake will be held on Monday, Sept. 10, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Cedar Lake Town Hall in Mikana. The agenda will be as follows:

  1. Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Reading and approval of past month’s minutes.
  3. Public input.
  4. Financial report
  5. Report of last month’s road activities.
  6. Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services report.
  1. 2019 assessment/resolution – discussion/approval
  1. Old business
  1. Repeal and replace Public Nuisance Ordinance
  2. Discussion of old building in alley
  1. New business
  2. Set budget work meeting for 2019 budget
                b.. participation in Wis. Retirement System/ resolution
  1. Consideration of correspondence received during the month.
  2. Discussion and payment of claims.
  3. Adjournment
   It is noted that the Town Hall is handicapped accessible.  It is noted that the meeting may be recorded.
